A cement truck is nice and all, but if I owned a literal pedophile island, I'd have ONE button (just one) with a label that said "fire."

I don't expect the FBI to try hard to investigate this case, despite what Barr says, because the career FBI people know that they will someday again work for a Dem Administration.
Why would these career FBI guys want to piss off their future OverLords when they KNOW that these Leftist OverLords WILL PUNISH them in retaliation for any harm caused by a regular LE investigation?
Answer: they would never do that. Never. They would never risk harming their long-term career FBI prospects by being Dudley Do-Right.

He had work approved for cisterns. So there’s a somewhat legitimate reason to have it.
Either way - new concrete won’t be hard to find. And even though his workers had NDAs, I’d bet they are talking now that he’s gone. Esp to the FBI.
