Try immigration-- his hard-line stand is deeply unpopular across a large swath of America as well as developing countries receiving the fruits of the administration's anti-immigrant zeal. And the "big beautiful bill" is a monstrosity in many fronts, from massive unpaid-for tax cuts to deep cuts in NOAA/ NWS and public media. Add to Trump's overreach you have two sure Republican wins in the Senate now no longer in play-- in North Carolina and Texas.
