My guess is Epstein hosted parties for politicians and A list celebrities at Lolita Island so it would muddy the waters if his client list ever got leaked. The pedos can hide in a crowd and have plausible deniability.

Normally I wouldn't support sharing without the receipts, but this gets an exception. There are so many people on these lists, yet every single one of them is silent.
