Epoch Times: "Biden Says US Has ‘Commitment’ to Defend Taiwan if China Attacks"
This threw me for a loop, as the Biden* regime is deeply compromised by the CCP, and I assumed they would just let the CCP take over Taiwan. It could be a bluff, or a gaffe, or a trick to make Taiwan complacent, or who knows what. I'm not sure what to make of it or what to believe.

Alex Jones said we will be in a war with China by February. I still think he’s somewhat crazy but I don’t rule it out.

I suppose OP is insinuating that given the well-known and well-founded suspicions of some sort of under-the-table relationship between the Bidens and "China" that any "tough" rhetoric coming from the Biden administration aimed at China, either directly or indirectly, is quite unusual. Which I can certainly understand.
But I think what's necessary to consider is that when we say Biden and "China" relationship, the China part is probably not nearly as straightforward as it may sound. From my very amateurish understanding, a high level person's "relationship" with China is much more complicated in terms of whether it's a relationship with China's leader directly, or separately with the CCP, or perhaps with military elements, or top Chinese business leaders, or Chinese intelligence, etc etc etc. China appears to be quite compartmentalized in that way, so there could be "tough" rhetoric aimed at some or all of those parties, less and except maybe one of the "compartments" with whom the illicit relationships exists.
But ultimately that's all just a guess on my part. Sorta looks good on paper though. Maybe.

Not sure? Biden is one of the worst flip floppers out there. Nine times out of ten, the final US official position will be totally opposite what first comes out of his mouth.

That could very well be a signal to his over-lords, the Chinese, that Pedo joe thinks it is the right time for them to attack. And to the Taiwan's government not to defend itself because the United States will do that. Encourage the Chinese and delay the Taiwanese.
