I know you're being satirical. But to be honest, graduation rates really are not an indicator of a school producing successful graduates.
This isn't saying SU is a good school. It's saying graduation rates are not the best metric.
If you graduate 10000 students, but 70% of them are General studies majors, is that indicative of your workforce needs?

They claim to be the only school in Louisiana with a PhD Nursing program.
