I imagine we'll see a lot of these coming very soon. These restaurant and bar owners have been pissed for a long time.

Dude our Governor was saying we had 1400 covid hospitalized patients in July to keep us in phase 2.

Lee never imposed a statewide mandate. He signed an order giving county mayors and health officials the authority to impose their own mandates.

What was the end game?

There’s no rational reason to defend the shutdowns with the data we’re seeing. It was a deliberate and concerted effort to crash our everyday life.

frick this little tyrants. Drag them from their homes and beat them about the head and shoulders. Publicly mock them and shame them whenever you see them. Call their mothers whores and their children infirm.

I mean, I've known Nashville government is incompetent and largely corrupt, but what the frick are these pieces of shite trying to do...

Keep in mind, during the height of rona they approved a 34% hike in property tax(17% raise 4 years ago) while not cutting anything from government administration salaries

They should all hang.

Why should they? Sheep are gonna sheep. The oligarchy doesn't pay attention to plebes until they need their vote. They are so absorbed in their own power bubble that they can't see that the sheep are waking up and seeing the bullshite. And they won't care until heads start rolling.

This is a conspiracy to defraud people and deprive them of their civil rights, and THAT is ILLEGAL.

People in that town should storm the US Attorney's office demand a Grand Jury be seated and some asses get indicted. You want to stop this stuff cold? Start bringing these little dictators up on Federal Charges that WILL stick because they are guilty as hell.

If you had the political will, you could go after these big city dictators for the same thing. They are depriving people of their civil rights and conspiring with other local officials to do it.

Not hyperbole: People engaged in this hoax all around the world should be dragged into the streets and hanged.

It's clever.

They remove your independence by increasing costs on everything. You work longer to keep up. Less time to watch what the frick they are doing. Also takes away your fun money and keeps you in a constant state of agitation.

Meanwhile they increase staff and oversight over you.

All of them would be my guess.

In Tennessee all but 5 metro areas were under state guidance. Those areas generally reported via the state health department and followed statewide rules. I live in Blount county in East Tennessee and until they added probable cases to the count we were under 10 active cases but had parks closed, schools closed and they stayed that way until the governor opened them. Now we have around 20 dead, 150ish active/probable cases, and 1 person in the hospital out of a population of 130,000. Sevier county (pigeon forge and Gatlinburg) are even lower with a similar population.

My guess is that when the final calculations are made about 16 months from now, 25-40% of the coronavirus “deaths” simply won’t add up.

Correct, which is why our excess mortality rate is really low compared to normal times. 160k of 200k deaths are people over the age of 55. Black people said they are disproportionately effected. Old people are disproportionately effected.
