This was only temporary. That is the bridge that crosses between downtown Ciudad Juarez and downtown El Paso. It's already back open. Tens of thousands of citizens and people with tourist and work visas cross it daily.
Be mindful of misinformation from all sides. Celebrate when you see actual border fencing being built, or CBP stationed along the river in places like Eagle Pass.
