If the answer is, only 1 other person knew and that person was never going to tell us, then it's THAT PERSON'S fault that Snowden happened.
If the answer is 1000 other people knew, then it is ALL OF THEIR fault Snowden happened.

Some principled libertarian on this board probably. Small gubmit! State's rights! Freedom for the people! I know. Some of them supported Gary Johnson, some of them thought reagan was 100% conservative, some didn't recognize milk season, and most forgot the conservatives historical embrace of tariffs and protectionism.
