If by "1,322.60 points" you mean "1,351.62 points" then I agree with you...

If it keeps going up and doesn't have heavy losses through next week, I'll be more optimistic then. Two good days isn't enough to celebrate just yet

No, but we’ve seen three good days and about a 4,000 point climb on the Dow. No time to break out the champagne, but certainly reason to be optimistic.

Starting to think that while they will be bad, they are not going to be as horrible as we think.
With my tinfoil hat on, I think the stimulus getting passed is key. The Congress got their effin money and I think we will now start to see the panic talk die down. No matter what the virus really does, they will start to take credit for saving America.

It’s going to be funny to watch Democratic Mayors and Governors trying to milk the shelter in place orders for as long as possible while Republican Mayors and Governors try the open things up ASAP to push the envelope.

Tate Reeves in MS got blasted last night on Maddow show on MSNBC because he hasn’t declared a state wide shutdown yet and basically left enough grey area in his essential business declaration that anyone who wanted to stay open could stay open.

You (& me) hope. However, I used today to sell into strength towards the close. I will use the proceeds to rebalance the portfolio when the market retests the lows again. In the short term (tomorrow) I would not be surprised to see some selling. I don't think a lot of traders will want to go into the weekend with long positions and they'll take their profits.

Over the last few months, I have about a dozen or so posts that have many upvotes with a single downvote.

Apparently, I've picked up a DV stalker along the way. It's rather amusing.

You know who. Same folks rooting for the virus.

(In other words a subset of Democrats.)
