I fully understand that. I'm not complaining that the market is making people money.

Going back to my OP, I'm saying that the 40% tax reductions are going to work by reinvesting in themselves.

Sure, the walmarts showed value by adding $1 to everyone's check, etc. But, the bulk of the savings is going right back into the market.
