We’re being bombarded with propaganda by Democrats & RINOs pushing a false narrative that people have more respect & admiration for DeSantis and therefore this makes him a better candidate bc orange man bad.

Everyone knows Trump not only won by a landslide but he has also managed to gain even more supporters, while strengthening the support of his original base.

So many of you on the right have bought the “DeSantis - Highly respected unifier” & “Trump - Disrespected divider” propaganda.... hook, line, and sinker.

Take the time to attend just one of his rallies. Talk to those there, listen to the people who not only traveled to hear Trump speak but also spent hours waiting so that they didn’t miss the opportunity.

I love DeSantis and hope he is chosen for VP so that we can have him 2028-2036 BUT don’t be fooled and manipulated bc DeSantis will be vilified as well. Right now, the deep state is terrified of Trump being the next candidate.

1) All Trump voters will vote for DeSantis. Not all DeSantis voters will vote for Trump.

2) Trump is old, DeSantis is young.

3) No one is going to come out and explicitly vote against DeSantis and not consider what they’re voting for. People did that with Trump and couldn’t answer why they were specifically voting for Biden that didn’t involve Donald Trump. The only people that voted FOR that ticket were the “Slay Queen” Karen retards who love Kamala, but they’re a complete lost cause.

Elect Trump in 2024 and DeSantis 2028 & 2032 vs DeSantis 2024 & 2028 and have to find someone new for 2032.

What if Trump dies of a heart attack or a stroke or gets terminal cancer over the next 4 years? I’d say there’s at least a 10% chance of that happening simply due to his age and diet. That’s something you need to consider as a real possibility. That’s highly unlikely to happen to DeSantis though.

Not true. Know a few, including me, that won't vote for DeSantis.

Not saying I don't like him...I just don't know where he stands on a lot of issues. Is he 100% America First?

Lot of you have DeSantis boners because he said some witty shite to "journalists". Going to take a lot more than that to get my vote.

Trump has proven he can lead and put this nation on the right track. I want 4 more years of that.

If he’s against Kamala and especially if China is doing massacres in Taiwan? Yeah, bullshite you wouldn’t vote for him.

Are you so naive as to believe that those thousands represent the millions of people who don't differ with his politics, but just can't stand the man?
News Flash!!
Unfortunately, people vote for who they like(in this case, or against who they despise)other than who they are most aligned with. It's short-sighted, stupid and irrational, BUT it's true!

PS- I voted for Trump twice, and will again, but not in the primaries.

First it's 3 years now(my God this one year has seemed like 4 in the political realm!) and secondly, RD can be the VP/VP Pick in the off chance this horrible scenario plays out.

I absolutely love Ron DeSantis as my governor and hope that he will run for President in 2024. However, anyone (ANYONE) that the Republicans put forth as a candidate will be SAVAGELY attacked by the Left. That is their "go to" tactic (McCain and Romney should have taught us that). The Progressive Left are evil and desire nothing more than power at any cost.

This is the dumbest, yet most repeated saying from Trump fanatics. VP is a complete waste of a position. DeSantis is more effective as a Governor than VP. Anyone is more effective at Governor than VP. VP does just about nothing.

Also, stop being a Trump fanatic. It's quite possible to be equally pleased with Trump and Desantis without getting offended if one is praised over the other. A common them i see from fanatical Trump followers is "well Desantis must be a democrat plant and just acting this way to get the nomination". DeSantis has an incredible track record so far. If everything he is doing is just to edge out Trump, and he's a RINO or Democrat in hiding, then this is the longest con of all cons. In reality, you are a sycophant who needs to step away from politics and examine you life when you worship ANY politician.

In short, take a breath, the nominee will be either Trump or DeSantis. And we should be so lucky to have that as our 2 options. And, IMO, one doesn't run against the other. If it's Trump, then i think DeSantis doesn't run. If it's DeSantis, then i dont think Trump runs. It would be ideal for Trump to run, win, then Desantis take over for 8 years and shore up our country and keep it leftist-anarchist proof.

If DeSantis is VP then he’ll become the president.

DeSantis’ wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer. If he gets the nomination, this will be used against him to paint it as a distraction. If you doubt this, you don’t know the enemy well at all.

Mostly agree...though there could be some butt hurt Trumps voters who say, "frick it," and stay home.

I'm not so sure about this one. You can see it already happening in the way the press is vilifying DeSantis. That's for one reason only...to tarnish him early and often and to put a stank on him for the people that listen to them. While DeSantis himself is obviously not as brash as Trump, you can see how it doesn't matter to them when you look at that video that was posted a week or so ago meant to be an attack ad on DeSantis (the one in the plane) but all you heard was DeSantis sounding rational. We saw it as funny...but to the irrational, the rational seems crazy. The press will attack DeSantis with as much vigor and hostility as they went after Trump, and it will almost assuredly induce the same level of hysteria in the base.

FWIW, I'm 50/50 on the Trump/DeSantis question, so this was mostly just an observation.
