Well.
Your judge is probably going to be Carl Nichols. He issued an injunction preventing New York from getting Trump's tax returns. He is a Trump appointee who clerked for Thomas. He was a partner at Wilmer Hale. He's a member of the Federalist Society.
That is about as good a draw as the defense could get.

A hand audit by bipartisan election officials of all the votes cast for president in Antrim County confirmed today that the result certified last month by the bipartisan Board of Antrim County canvassers was accurate. The audit proved again that the disinformation campaign surrounding Antrim’s presidential election and its use of Dominion vote-tabulation machines was completely meritless.
“Today’s full audit in Antrim County confirmed the truth and affirmed the facts: Dominion’s voting machines accurately tabulated the votes cast for president in Antrim County,” said Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. “It is time for the disinformation campaigns to stop, and for elected and other leaders on both sides of the aisle to unequivocally affirm that the election was secure and accurate.”

This will be a slam dunk win for Dominion. Sounds like many of you are still believing in false conspiracy theories promoted by Trump and his cronies.

Dominion is doing itself harm by keeping their shady system in the spotlight.

I guess everybody is, then. That is just crazy.
It's not certain he will be the judge yet, but he probably will. Clare filed a notice of related case with the suit against Sidney Powell, and they will probably be consolidated.

They don't seem to worried about that. Maybe that tells you something.

Yeah, that they are liberals with no morals, no conscience, and a shitty election system that they've had their buddies in politics block from examination.

Not once twice. They caught them in a lie about their reprogramming.
Yet Biden still received 36% more votes in the state of Texas than Clinton did in 2016.
For the record, if Biden duplicated his turnout in Texas (relative to Hillary Clinton) across the rest of the country, he would have received over 89 million votes.

Filing the suit exposes Dominion to meticulous examination BY GIULIANI. Giuliani will be able to depose their executives and employees, top to bottom, see all of their emails, and examine all of their documents. He will have the power to subpoena third parties anywhere in the US (and, with some work, in many other countries) to testify and give documents.
They are daring him to find something. That shows a pretty high level of confidence, if you ask me.

the clean sweep of the fraud must be complete if they want to risk discovery now.

All Rudy needs is to have some factual basis for his statements. He either did or he didn't. If he didn't, that is pretty much going to be his arse.
He doesn't need much. But he better have had something.
My recollection is that DC has an anti-SLAPP. So this should move fast.

Clean sweep of what? There's the German Server, and the dead bodies, and the algorithm, and the mouse barcode reader guy getting into the system. I mean surely a company that thought all that ammo could be brought to bare wouldn't sue multiple high profile people for lies, deceit, and slander. Surely not.

We already know several deficiencies in their system exposed - on camera - by people actually running the machines, lol.
It will be interesting to see what Dominion claims Rudy actually lied about.
Because their system is dog shite.

Trump: The machines were "turned down by Texas and many others because they were not good or secure."
Verdict: It's true that Texas did not provide certification for the machines. Their approach is different to other states.
The US federal government provides guidelines for certifying voting machines - which is meant to produce a common standard across the country.
However, Texas has stipulated additional requirements, which the Dominion machines are unable to satisfy, such as that each ballot has a unique number so it can be traced.
Not all states put these unique numbers on ballots, such as California, because of concerns over voter privacy.
"If you forbid these unique numbers you create a stronger privacy guarantee for the voter. On the flipside, you are compromising a modest security measure," says Dan Wallach, a computer scientist at Rice University in Texas, and an advisor on national guidelines for voting machines.
The regulations and rules across each state vary significantly, but the US government cyber-security agency has expressed its confidence in voting machines used across the country.
"There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised."

So Stacy Abrams justifies all your conspiracy claims? That's your position?
No.
No.

Texas has common sense. Auditability is important. Something Dominion machines aren't designed to do.

Tom Clare, a lawyer for the company, said it may seek to depose Giuliani as part of the lawsuit.
When asked on a call with the media Monday if Dominion plans to sue Trump himself, Clare said, “We’re not ruling anybody out.”
“There will be others” sued, Clare said on Monday.
