That's a shopped picture and a terrible job at that. Look at the size of Xoe's head compared to Mrs. Carter... I'm 6'3" and my 16 year old daughter is 5' even, and my head is not literally twice the size of hers.
This picture is as weird as the mysterious microphone dust cover video that was released a couple months ago. Are they doing this deliberately just to frick with us? It's working if so, because this is bizarre...
