Does anyone know a leftist or never-Trumper who will admit they messed up?

Does anyone me know someone who has flat out admitted they screwed up royally when they voted for Biden? I haven’t, personally, but surely they exist?

Not a never trumper, but I hated Trump until about 2017 or so. I still think he screwed a lot of things up around his communication and public persona. But he was a damn good POTUS and gets zero credit from the media. Probably the best in 40 years.

I certainly don’t have interaction with any hard leftists but I have black acquaintances and never Trump white acquaintances who I feel HAVE to be past the point of acknowledging they screwed up. No, I haven’t come out and asked any of them but I will.

No one will admit it. However, they are no longer posting about politics on social media platforms which is like admiring they messed up. They now post only about food, kids, pets, travel and birthdays.

I have noticed exactly the same. I also get occasional thumbs ups from them on social media on things like lumber and gas prices which, too, seems like an admission. Actually got a thumbs up from 2 black friends on a DeSantis 2024 post this week.

Flat-out admitted they screwed up? No.
But, good friend and coworker, who is black, has recently been saying he doesn't know what the hell Biden is doing, a few times.
He was especially pissed off about the potential 2A infringements. These are country black folk here and they vote in lock-step with the DNC but ironically on a personal level they're all almost as conservative as the white folks here.
I can only deduce that it's due to both indoctrination and engrained tribalism.
But, good friend and coworker, who is black, has recently been saying he doesn't know what the hell Biden is doing, a few times.

That’s most rural and many urban and suburban black folks. Their lives are 100% conservative but they vote like they’re told by race pumps and paid off pastors.

My mom, aunt, and first cousin (all white women, no pics) were all anti-Trump at the beginning of the 2016 cycle.
I know my mom held her nose and voted for Trump in 2016, still not sure about aunt and cousin whether they voted Hillary or Trump.
Fast forward to 2020, my mom is more hardcore MAGA than myself, and that’s saying something.
My aunt and cousin definitely came around and were strong Trump supporters in 2020 too, though not at the level that my mom and I were.
They all think Biden is senile and dementia ridden and that Kamala is even worse.
So, not really admitting they were “wrong” but they definitely came around and now know how great Trump was and how bad the Democrat agenda is.

No, I'm convinced they would rather be locked up in jail or executed before they ever admit a mistake.
It reminds me of when I was in the Navy in basic training.
We had a fellow recruit who kept saying "yeah" to the company commander. Well, instead of punishing this a-hole, the CC made all of the company do pushups while this jackoff stood there and watched. After a few minutes, the CC asked him another yes/no question and this prick responded "yeah"! Again! So we were "mashed" for another 5 minutes or so until this POS finally said a reluctant "Yes Sir".
You see, this bastard was like the Biden voters, he had zero regard for how his laziness, deviance and general dumbassery affected the rest of us.

But I know a guy who voted for Obama and regretted it.
His employer dropped their health insurance and told them to get Obamacare since most of them voted for it.
