Do they expect him to sit there and take 80% of mainstream media abuse and 90% of overall media abuse?
How can progs be so self unaware about the media being in the tank for leftist agenda and has completely thrown out honesty and objectivity out the window? And to not expect a push back?

Because they’re fragile and he threatens their world view. Liberalism gives them a chance to finally get back at that guy in high school that fricked their gf. Maybe bf. Who knows, we don’t discriminate on this side. Point is, the media is their champion and dammit! It’s still real to them!

I think TRUMP does it for us. He knows we enjoy watching them melt that's why he does stuff that he knows will cause them to melt. The rest is its just TRUMP being who he is, Our President!

It's one of the reasons he won the election. Conservatives wanted someone who would stand up to the fake news media and call them out on it. Gives it back to the DemocRats just as much.

Trump's job is literally the defender of our constitution and he constantly attacks the free press...one of the pillars of this country that separates and lifts it up from the rest of the world.
He cites alt right and extreme altright websites as legitimate sources that he will retweet for some type of self appreciation and he hasnt set down with a reporter from any other network besides Fox and some christian bullshite stations since May where he could be asked hard questions.
He pulled the Time magazine stunt tweet so that Time would react so that he could avoid the interview required for the spot.
He is a petty, vindictive, and lacks empathy. He is completely set on ruining the press in this country because he thrives on autocratic tendencies and resonates with dictators and strongmen.

An important distinction an honest person would make is that while trump rightfully and with full provocation does attack the free press, he does not attack the freedom of the press.
