I’ll be honest. I don’t give a frick. It’s an isolated incident between a shitty cop and a guy with a long rap sheet. Happened across the country from where I live.

I simply don’t care. Doesn’t affect my life whatsoever.

With no sports we need something to keep us occupied.

Burning cities will work in a pinch.

Well, it's cautionary tale #371 about cities run by Democrats.

I challenge you to a battle of who could care less, you uncaring bastard who still cares more than me !

Awctually, it looks like this is pretty clear cut-not much gray area there. So it's not like Zimmerman where there were all these nuances to debate. So the riots and virtue signaling and race pimping and generally stupidity of the reaction is what will make us all care or pretend to care.

The real question is not whether I care. The question is whether the idiots out there looting and destroying a city in the name of George Floyd care. I really don’t think they do. He’s just a convenient excuse to act like an uncivilized a-hole... All that being said, what happened to him, regardless of whatever criminal record he may had is complete bullshite. Everyone with eyes can see that, but you don’t help your cause or your message if you torch your own god damn town.

This is the correct take on it. The justice system should handle it.

its Minnesota and I hate to see people lose their business, but its what you get when you have demon-rats running things. I hope that this causes the liberals to be tarred and feathered, then boiled in oil

Excuse the expression, but race riots are soooo 2014

Trayvon and Ferguson were new, particularly in the age of social media. This will be forgotten over the weekend.

How many times do these Democratic mayors have to see protest escalate until they learn that “giving them space to vent their frustration” leads to this crap!

I'm somewhere in between "I'm so sorry for being white!" and "I don't give a frick about a police officer callously killing a guy on camera for no reason"

From what I can tell the cop is in trouble and the officials in Minn. aren’t letting him skate.
It’s ironic that national blacks are jumping the local and state officials who they support in every election.
Now we see large scale rioting just because. We see little response to the rioting from officials just because they don’t want to be seen as racists.
It looks to me that the mob is winning.
People should care for that reason. Are our officials so worried about being called racist that they become immobilized?

I do care what precedent it sets. Not only are the hordes tearing up Minny, but they now seem to think it gives carte blanche to rip up other municipalities. So, yeah, this shite tends to snowball. I can say snowball, right?

People care more b/c they're tired of COVID and there's no sports on. They need something to watch on TV.

There are people who care, but the number of people who are pretending to care outnumber them by a factor of x1000

I don't. Don't like how other idiots are destroying a city near me.

It's funny how Covid is no longer a big deal though

that many black people

actually Minneapolis had a population of over 500,000 people in 1950 with a black population of 2%, 98% white.

since then like most democrat run cities the whites have fled to the burbs leading to four decades of negative population growth. in 2010 their population had shrunk to 389k with blacks accounting for 19% of the population.
