For me it's a love/hate thing with Turtle. I love him for what he's done with the SCOTUS. But I hate him for being the power hungry, globalist, RINO he is.

The are afraid of regular working people. They rather give the working class welfare than fair wages. What is killing fair wages? The following:
1. Open borders. (Some may argue we don't have open borders and they would be technically right but the current administration executes border policy that is tantamount to open borders.) The flow of cheap labor hurts wages in the U.S. but Wall Street loves it. Democrats used to be for secure borders before they sold out to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
2. Trade giveaways. They hated Trump because of tariffs. Look, I know tariffs are bad because they are a tax but I would argue income taxes are FAR WORSE. Income taxes are applied marginally and they are applied marginally TO KEEP YOU ON THE PRODUCTION TREADMILL. Whereas tariffs are tantamount to a sales tax on imported goods that applies to people that consume those goods. Implemented properly tariffs can be used to secure American manufacturing and increase U.S. wages. Again, Wall Street hates tariffs which helps the working class by protecting jobs.
They are afraid of us. Trump is only an avatar of us.

Neither side wants to talk about thos issues really. The border is one that they don't want it solved....either side.
