Great Job Mr. Tillerson! Most of these loafers serve no useful purpose and what you are hearing is the cries of former kings being deposed.
Foreign policy has been in shambles for a very long time and these bastards and beeotches doing the screaming fully intend to undermine the current administration, and have to go. I only hope this is going on in every department so we can break the Establishment stranglehold on the bureaucracy.

The state department is a globalist cesspool full of progressives and neocons who refuse to put American interests first and foremost and instead treat it like a mini UN with our own tax dollars.
They are the very essence of the swamp that we voted to drain last year.

I have been saying for decades that we need an immediate 30% cut in ALL beaurocratic arms of the government and another 20% cut in a year unless the Dept Head can specify which essential services could not be performed.
Get rid of ALL the PR related crap - 90% of the 'deputy assistants' position - ALL bullshite relating to SJW 'issues,' etc.
Scale it back to the BARE BONES of what their stated mission is.
Too many feather pillow good-feelz jobs in the FedGov.
I'd also like to see them decentralize the government from the DC area - set up each department in some desolate area that needs the economic development.
Maybe West Virginia, northern Idaho, south Texas, New Mexico Indian Reservation, Badlands of S. Dakota, etc.
