I see a lot of people trying to compare this to what has been happening in Minnesota which is obviously a crime.

No.

They also didn't bust up the place before setting it on fire.

They were scary with their guns.... frick the ones in Minnesota had guns and we're actually shooting them in the air, not just holding them.

Nope, Michigan even clarified that they are allowed to open carry. I was surprised to see that, assumed state buildings would be like federal buildings with no firearms allowed.

No. The Michigan citizens were lawful citizens openly carrying their legally owned weapons in a responsible way, within the confines of the law. Not a single firearms incident occurred, and they were legal because they were allowed by the local law to enter the building with their weapons.

The Minnesota mob who torched a police station were NOT protesters. They were a mob of thugs. I have no idea if any of them were carrying weapons, but if they were, they were probably not legally owned but stolen or bought on the black market. These types of people are not allowed to legally purchase firearms under the confines of the the law due to their likely pre existing criminal records so they get their weapons on the street corners.
