Did Hunter Biden Take a Plea Sentence?

On the official White House youtube channel, a male voice cuts in at ~1:16:35 and says that he has taken a plea sentence. It sounds an awful lot like Hunter Biden. Why would this even be on an official White House video, regardless of the person?

Joe Biden is not in control. If he were, his first order of business would have been to shut down John Durham and rebuke the Ukrainians.

I am surprised they didn't delete the video or edit out the voice. I know their are laws against it, but when has that stopped a Democrat?

I’m more concerned with Biden not being able to get out a complete sentence.
