Did anyone think it would get THIS bad on January 20, 2021?

As we all watched the potato get sworn in there was some level of “hold on to your butts” by most normal people. I knew he would be a terrible president. I had no idea it would be this level of shittiness.

It started with Covid. When you can lock people out of their businesses, churches and schools, and keep them from visiting a dying parent or playing with their kid in a park - and seeing conservatives shelter in their basements through the whole shitshow - as a Leftist you no longer have to disguise your intentions/plans. I thought China might invade Taiwan, but other than that (and that may be coming) yes way worse than I thought.
I’ll never forget the day Biden “won”. It was Saturday and I was dogsitting for one of my best friends and was in a decently Woke neighborhood in Denver. Fireworks started going off in the neighborhood upsetting the dogs in broad daylight with the cheers from a distance.
Went to a brewery from there that’s mostly outdoors. Everyone crying and celebrating that he had been beaten. Cars coming down the street honking their horns screaming for joy. People would come up (breaking Covid protocol mind you when those Woke lunatics would flip their shite the day before if you did it) trying to cheers me over it, in which not return.
I just thought this on repeat “You dumb mother frickers don’t know what you’ve just done. You don’t know what’s across the sea, but you’re about to find out.”
