Saw it.
I watched most of the testimony and this one of several things to which Comey said he could or would not address/answer.

He's playing the game the news guys use. If Comey doesn't confirm the briefing, then just spin it as not denying it.

So you are saying the press can have a field day spinning statements with no repercussions? Looks to me like Trump is taking the play away from them.

The press have to. They need him. A POTUS should no longer need the press. Not at this stage and not for a couple years until re-election campaigns start revving up. A President should be above ALL of this at this point.

I disagree. The press doesn't do the populace any favors with their games. They only serve the people that want us to be at each others' throats like the Dems when they aren't in power, the Russians and Soros.

Obama did none of this and the media loved him.
