Paul Ryan was speaker in 2016 when Trump got elected.

EXACTLY!

Paul Ryan is basically the Republican Jerry Nadler.

Oh, and by the way:

TAIWAN IS ITS OWN COUNTRY INDEPENDENT OF THE CCP!!!

I prefer DeSantis am worried what that will mean for Florida.

But, I don’t get calling trump a loser. He won the biggest contest in America once. He just couldn’t do it twice and some part of that is his fault.

Trump didn’t need politics, only his ego and belligerance drove him there.

Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, George W Bush, McCain, Sessions...the list goes on and on of “conservative” firebreathers who came up in politics, claimed to be outsiders and then proved themselves complete DC creatures.

Maybe Desantis is everything he seems, but we know what Trump is and what he’ll take on. Electing a guy who sounds good in soundbites but refuses to address the border, China, industry, perpetual war, spending and the like is another exercise in futility.

Yeah, my big concern is Ron will get into office and become a neocon. He appears to be Trump without the mean tweets and more polish, though. I think that would help a lot with the irrational suburban woman who thinks Trump is too mean.

He is a younger Trump with less baggage in his past. He is unbeatable right now. I guarantee his approval rating is absurdly high in Florida right now. This man even got a loud applause at a Gator game two years ago despite the college crowd obviously being liberal.

He cares about the environment. He wants less government spending. He believes in science and following data to make decisions.

He is also a constitutionalist who has a backbone and puts up with no shite. He is a liberal nightmare.

Trump needs to pass the torch and do what he does best, rally and expend the base.

I love me some Trump and voted for him both times.

Here is why I’m anti Trump 2024. Look at the motivation from the left in 2020. They rounded up the biggest moron, mobilized shady and possibly illegal voting tactics, and screamed at the top of their lungs to get him out. That screaming resonated with a group of people who didn’t like Trump but hated hearing about him more than hated his policies. That’s why Trump is gone.

Put him on the ticket again and you’re looking at four more years of count.

Listened about what? Coronavirus? Remember when trump was racist for shutting down travel to China? I remember.

Trump would have to move his estate to New York. I could be wrong but president and Vice President can’t be from the same state can they?

dude

trump ran for president twice and did 3000 Twitter's. every adult knows good and bad about him.

if desantis is only down by 50% hes in great shape.
for one thing DeSantis has to run for Gov in 2022.

I mean, DeSantis has no problem with that.

He doesn't have "frick you" money so it's possible the deep state could buy him off.

Trump wasn't exactly a fiscal conservative.

He was so out of his league. He basically just said send me anything and I’ll sign it and didn’t use the executive power to marshal support either way.

You're right I almost forgot how many times he would say something like that, and just sit in the backseat while other people tried to get things passed.
