the only thing I've found is no accountability on big corporations (companies over 500 employees)

Republicans worked on a bill instead of going on vacation(recess)

Pelosi not only goes on Recess tells her pal in the senate to nix the republican's bill so she can throw in some identity politics, cash at lobbyists, and appeasement of her master, Soros.

Then address that. Don’t give me a bunch of pork and use that one issue as “the only holdup”

If this were remotely true, the media would be non stop about the ridiculous things demanded by the republicans

I think it has to do with the Republicans proposing to distribute $500 billion for corporate stimulus at the discretion of the Administration, but conceal the identity of the recipients for six months, until after the election.

Fair enough, though that is directly related to coronavirus.

Now comment on all the things Democrats added to the bill which were in no way whatsoever related to coronavirus.

The issue I have with the stimulus for large businesses is the stock price manipulation. The majority of these fricks use their cash on hand to buy back stock in order to drive up the stock price and huge bonuses. Then, when something like this happens they don’t have any cash on hand and are looking for a government check. Why can’t they borrow the money like small business?

Sen Kennedy pretty much shot down that claim by stating all the provisions in place for that 500 billion and stating that the dems should know this because they took part in laying out these provisions.

Bottom line is the dems got caught and they are trying to wiggle their way out of this with the help of a complicit media.

Like most of the differences, this shouldn't be too hard to hammer out.

I have seen a lot of criticism from Republicans that the Democrat bill includes payments to the arts industry. Well, the arts industry is more shut down than pretty much any other industry. Every theater, museum and arts organization is completely shut down. They have a claim equal to that of the hospitality and airline industries. They are large employers with real workers who have to eat too.

None of the issues I've seen are insurmountable.

The $500 billion in corporate / large business money didn't have enough rigid requirements, which they were right about and it needed to be negotiated down.

The wish list in the House bill was idiotic.

Dude, you have to be seriously delusional not to believe this. Even my diehard Trump friends are saying both parties are screwing this up. Take your head out of your arse just this once.
