How about just ending the shutdown??

This Bill, while awesome, will go nowhere.
Congress doesn't give two fricks about anyone but themselves and getting reelected.

showboats, they won't struggle to pay their mortgage they have slush funds.
shut it down just for this and also pass a bill so that we never have to pay their car leases again.

Frick every one of those stupid politicians, on both sides. They are all worthless

I think it would be awesome to see the Republicans unanimously vote to approve that.

Support.
Now if they added term limits to it, I'd have a gigantic Ameriboner.

They should, and I hope they do

They never would, but it would be awesome if someone added term limits to it.

Unfortunately they cant do that, you would think they would have some knowledge of the constitution, they probably know they cant do it is just doing some political theater for their ignorant constituents.
"The 27th Amendment to the Constitution restricts any Congress from changing its own pay. The measure was proposed in the first days of the Republic but was not ratified until 1992, after a grass-roots movement promoted the idea and the necessary number of state legislatures approved it.
While many may have wanted to restrain Congress from increasing its pay, the amendment also blocks Congress from freezing or cutting its compensation.
The result? Congress gets paid no matter what"

IT is in the constitution that they get paid, this is grandstanding bullshite to get their arse out of a sling. They need to shut the frick up and focus on what they are there to do now.

These scum bags will do anything to get votes . How about they pass a bill that if the government is shut down for a week then everyone who voted to shut it down are not allowed to run for public office again. I think republican voters would like. This for the scum on our side that voted no .
