Democrats have only themselves to blame...

I firmly believe that had they just let Trump ride off into the sunset after leaving the White House on January 20, 2021, there's a very good possibility that either Biden or someone from within his administration would be doing the partying right now. However, they couldn't help themselves or let sleeping dogs lie. Instead they made him more powerful by launching constant lawfare at him, starting with the January 6 Commission. Then you had the Special Counsel's investigation, the indictments in Florida, Georgia, and New York, and all of that jazz.
The mugshot in Fulton County was the turning point, however. That was the moment where people like myself, a DeSantis supporter in the moment, finally woke up and said, "Okay, what the hell are we doing here?" I had moved on from MAGA and I'm sure there were many others like me who had, too. But them continuing to go after the guy despite being out of office told me that they feared him more than any other candidate. If that was the case, I told myself, I am switching my support back to Trump.
The lawfare also turned a lot of moderates into MAGA people as well. Americans love a rebel and it's very difficult not to root for someone who is oh so obviously being politically prosecuted. As a result, the Democrats created a monster that rode a giant wave all the way back to the White House. In the end, their political prosecution didn't kill the MAGA movement, it simply made it stronger than it ever had been.

They hid Joe from the world, they chose to go after Trump... they're incapable of making smart choices.

Well here is how it am thinking about things.
If trump has just won in 2020, he would've continued like he did his first 4 years. It would have been a very successful presidency.
But the democrats changed the rules in the middle of the game in 2020 which allowed all kinds of cheating.
Trump had a chance to sit back and really think about everything. He was not going to go away. He always planned on winning in 2024 once the dems did what they did in 2020.
Where the dems messed up is more trump really knows what has to happen to fix this country. He was trying to actually not upset the bureaucracy.
Now he is coming back to raze everything that needs to be destroyed. And if someone is trying to block him he is going to take them out.
He wants to not just be a good president he wants to be a transformative president. And he is going to be himself.
