That dude holding the book looks like he’s definitely hitting send on his resignation letter when he gets done with that “swearing in”.

What do you bet the chances are she has some oblique connection to the Head Start program in Livingston Parish that Nakamoto just reported on?
Said program had an incident where a very young child told his mother that someone “ate my weenie” and showed her where teeth marks were on it.
Someone attached to the program tried to play this off as being a normal case of children being sexually curious and that it was being overblown. Other experts pretty much said, “No, it ISN’T normal and probably doesn’t mean good things about the home life of the other child involved.”
