I remember watching CNN during the Ferguson riots... The CNN reporter said that they heard gunshots, but that it was ok because that was normal the the area.
It was that night that I lost all respect for CNN...
An area that has frequent gunshots is NOT a neighborhood, its a war zone.

Where were the casualties? If they were being shot at there would have been casualties.
Also, with everything being recorded on cell phones there would be numerous recordings of such an event.
And if it did happen, we would have still not heard the end of it.
