I love their Cherry Garcia but quit buying it once I found out who the owners were and what they stood for.

47 years is a good run. Go to the house and enjoy. Now, let the grownups be in charge. All of this angst over the merger that took place 25 years ago is sort of confusing. If they didn't merge with this outfit and maintain majority control, that's on them (Ben and Jerry). I might be missing something as I just made a cursory read of the long article but that's jus the way I see it from 3,000 ft.

Even though they sold it they were probably mad that the new ownership didn't donate 75% of their annual profit to a free Palestine group or to castrate kids if I had to take a guess.

Lemme get this straight.

They sold to Unilever.

But… they thought they were still independent.

Interesting.

Meaningless gesture . He’s old (74) & most would call it retirement.

Nothing escapes the Left to virtue signal.

It used to be unique. It’s not any longer. There’s twenty brands doing what they did. And there’s local places doing what they did even better than they did it.

Start your own new company and don't sell it. Then you can market it and say whatever you like. What a dipshit.

He built his ice cream empire on stolen Native American land.

Why didn't he give them all his money?
