Does this mean that a student could qualify for financial aid, grants, etc. based upon a certain race and get them when before that student could not? Sign me up!!

Yup. If I had kids about to enter college I would make damn sure they selected their race as a minority for admission and scholarship purposes even though the fiance and I are both white.
