You're missing the point. We are defining what a bribe is here. Not arguing over if the bribe in question actually happened or not. I think it did, but that isnt the purpose. What matters is that we all realize that if he did do this, he is guilty of bribery.

it just amazes me how democrats raise so many children that are experts on oil and gas specializing in Ukrainian affairs. Naa no corruption could possibly be worth looking into in a place that ranks as one of the most corrupt countries in the world...
