News reporter doing live shot at Savannah race. Man in race smacks her on the behind as he runs by her. Twitter searches the internet for other photos of the race and find one with his bib number clear.
Track him down, contact his employer - and he's a part time youth minister. He is married with daughters.

I am always on the fence about things like this. This guy's life is about to take an unexpected turn because of the Twitter mob - then again, she was obviously a reporter and on camera. This wasn't like some random with a cell phone camera caught an act. It was obvious.

Easiest solution is for him to tell everyone he's a post op tranny and all the testosterone affected his lucidity. It was a completely hormonal arse-slap and part of fair competition for a new tranny in a race.
