To be honest, it's not as bad in it's full context. She was responding to someone threatening to start a bloodbath on US soil. She is correct when pointing out that Martial Law negates our constitutional rights.
But she crosses the line with her good ol'boy statement and direct threat to shoot US citizens if they do not get back in their house.
