Can the American people come together and form a class action suit against the Democratic Party for not upholding their duty as employees of the citizens?

I've got some bad news. Unless things drastically change, this is going to be in total control of both houses at some point in our lifetimes. Keep in mind THIS is how they act when there is some possibility some of them might not win an election.
