Trying to save the board some time as I see a ton of threads asking about legal help for the kids.

Robert Barnes is their lawyer.

He is one of the best in his field when it comes to libel.

He took the case on PRO BONO. That is how much of a slam dunk this is. Save yourself some time from arguing with the left on this one. Every poster here that defends anyone but the kids is lying and they know it.

Barnes' tweets will give you hope. He is directly tweeting Blue Checkers on Twitter since Sunday demanding they retract, delete, or apologize. If not, they will be sued. He tells them straight up in the tweet "hey Prog Filth, this is libel. You have a chance to fix it".

A few have already told him they were sorry. He lets them know if the retraction is good enough.

Many blue checkers have already acted accordingly to avoid a law suit.

Last night he spent most of the night responding to the mentally ill retards about the "blackout game".

They know they done goofed.

Much like NBC had to do with the Zimmerman case, many of these organizations will settle.

Going to court will just make them look even worse, they'll pay the families of the people they defamed some money to drop the cases.

If they had been conservatives, Twitter would have already banned them for life.

Barnes is Gavin McInnes’ attorney and is suing the SPLC on his behalf. I hope he takes some people to court and get these boys some money for what they were put through.

As much of a troll as you are sometimes, I'm surprised you aren't all over that one. LOL

Sorry for no link guys. Didn't feel like signing in to Twitter. I may take a break from Twitter today. I follow a lot of Progs and that is a lot of stupid to take in.

Maybe but IMO lawyers take Pro Bono cases for the $$$$ they'll make down the road

I’m not really up to speed on this particular incident. Kinda sat this one out, but I had not heard of the blackout game before.

Watching the almost two-hour video of the Black Hebrew Israelites only drives the point home—there are piquant moments of conflict, but mostly expanses of empty time, marked by moments of incoherence or inaudible exchanges. If this counts as broader context, it certainly doesn’t explain the events of the Covington student and the Omaha elder. Instead, it just provides the raw material out of which that moment was forged.

It’s tempting to think that the short video at the Lincoln Memorial shows the truth, and then that the longer video revises or corrects that truth. But the truth on film is more complicated: Video can capture narratives that people take as truths, offering evidence that feels incontrovertible. But the fact that those visceral certainties can so easily be called into question offers a good reason to trust video less, rather than more. Good answers just don’t come this fast and this easily.

Lengthy but shows they have conviction to believe the NA and not the student. Why is that? This to me is a root problem of our media.

An article came out yesterday showing a pic from the stands at a basketball game in 2015 and one from I don’t know 10 years ago or something and in the crowd a few of the kids were painted all in black. Their team colors are black and something. So people tried to say it was black face blah blah.

Oh yeah, I did see that picture, but didn't connect the two. Hadn't had my morning coffee. My bad.

Robert Barnes cashed in when Trump won! Seriously, he bet 30,000 Euros, at 4/1 while in Ireland. LINK

Super-Cuck Andy Richter’s horse-faced, no-talent , bi-polar wife ( who physically beats him as her Dad beat her ) is very upset . She calls them “ kids “ and says the one child is “ the face of white supremacy “. She must want to get doxxxed.

How much money do you think is in this one? This isn’t E Eric Guerard suing a trucking company.

I think this is more about the publicity in being able to win such a high profile case. And frankly it shouldn’t cost much to do it unlike a criminal defense a la OJ.

Good question and if you asked 1000 people you might get 10,000 answers. IF he can make the media liable for their bias, I think there's a good amount of "out of court" money to be made.

Because many in the media are left wing activists, not journalists, and this fits their confirmation bias.
