So Covid was so deadly, contagious, etc that we had to literally shut down the entire world to prevent the spread of a virus similar to the common cold. They had worldwide backing and the sheep fell into line.

Global warming, on the other hand, is going to end the entire planet they tell us. Completely decimate the planet Earth. And what is their plan for this, reduce some emissions, fly on their private jets to some conferences, and just pretty much let life continue as normal?

Kind of seems like they would be more drastic actions if they literally believed the Earth was going to explode, huh?

When you see a ban on shipping water based products and everything is a powder that you have to add your own water then you might start worrying about the planet. Until then it’s all theater and power grab.

We did NOT “literally” shut down the entire world. Sweden and Brazil, for examples, did not shut down, and neither did my wife and I.

“Decimate” means to kill every tenth person. It comes from the Roman army division called a Centuria, because it had 100 men. When one behaved poorly - cowardice in battle, for example - they would be convicted and sentenced to decimation. Ten of the 100 would be selected at random and executed. The Romans wanted to punish, and deter, bad behavior, while retaining the fighting capabilities of that Centuria.

So you can see that “decimation” is very different from obliteration, which is what I think you meant.

Thanks for clearing up those straw man minute details and not really addressing the topic at hand! Awesome deflection tactic!

We get it. Youre a leftist and smarter than us peons!
