Apparently Sessions and Horowitz are MIA. When will Trump fire Sessions? After mid-terms? Should have fired Sessions the day he recused himself.

The judge’s rejection of the DOJ’s reliance on the law enforcement privilege is interesting for another reason that has escaped notice. In analyzing the FBI’s argument, the judge noted that the FBI had claimed that complying with the subpoena would require revealing “previously undisclosed details about an ongoing law enforcement investigation.”

The court then dropped a footnote, footnote 9, that added the DOJ had not argued the disclosure would likewise affect an ongoing “governmental self-evaluation” or “interdepartmental disciplinary proceedings”—factors that would support the government’s position.

The DOJ’s failure to argue that the requested disclosure would interfere in an ongoing internal review is surprising given that the Office of Inspector General is currently investigating the DOJ and FBI’s “relationship and communications” with Steele as they relate to the Carter Page Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court applications. In those applications, the DOJ claimed, it had suspended Steele around October 2016 for leaking to the press and later closed Steele as an FBI source—even though at the time the applications were submitted to the FISA court, Steele appeared to be feeding “intel” to the FBI through Ohr.

That does not necessarily mean Inspector General Michael Horowitz is not looking into Ohr’s role in Spygate, but just to be sure he is, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and concerned members of Congress should expressly request Horowitz investigate Ohr’s role as a backdoor conduit to the FBI for Steele.

We should institute a Nov 1st deadline:

If you are in the 'trust sessions' group - if he doesn't rectify the current mess at the DOJ and end the two tiered systm of justice, and produce at least 5 indictments or pleas for major crimes by swamp / deep staters, then you get banned.

If you are against sessions and he manages to pull that off - then you get banned. I'd be willing to take a ban with a quickness if it was the result of some justice being done.

We could start a countdown clock, a sticky, and all sorts of stuff. Would be great drama in the middle of football season.

Sessions has been AWOL since taking his post. It's incredible. Either he's some silent wizard who's conjuring up fire from his eyes and bolts of lighting from his arse to suddenly and unexpectedly unload on the entire swamp...

Or he's sawmp. Personally, I don't know what to think about him any more. Our entire justice system looks as corrupt as it's ever been, while for all we know he's sitting in his office turning the underside of his desk into a snow globe every day.

Waiting on Sessions is almost as bad as waiting on LSU to open up the secret playbook. Not saying it’s not gonna happen...but

There really isn't much worse you can say about Jeff Sessions when you review how Al Franken drug his nuts on Sessions' face. It was pathetic. And Sessions not only laid there and took it like a $3 whore, he then recused himself out of his job. He's the wounded wildebeast waiting for a lion to come remove it from the herd.

Should we really be surprised someone who spent 20+ years in the Senate, in Washington DC is swampy?

He may not swim as deep in the swamp as the rest of them but he sure as shite drinks that swamp water.

Bottom line....need a second special counsel to go scorched earth. Too many career criminals in the judicial system that can monkey wrench any investigation.

And we need one that will give any DEM the "presumed GUILTY" treatment and harass everyone they ever knew into financial ruin and/or lifetime prison sentences if they do not 'deliver the dirt.'

It is time to reverse this asinine two-tiered "justice' system and re-open the Clinton e-mail case with a hard on. Make the rats feel the heat - Treat any Clinton or Obama administration official like they were Al Capone - bust in some doors at 3 am.

I am sick of what is called 'justice' in this brave new world.

And treat MSNBC/CNN/et al as conspirators - treat their efforts as undeclared campaign contributions. Go after their unnamed 'sources' or charge them with libel. Apply the same treatment to FNC. Clean this mess up - save the concept of journalism and restore some integrity.
