Like most people here, I 'm not a native of VB. Grew up in W MD, which is no bastion of liberalism (unlike most of the rest of the state).
You are also correct that I'm not currently serving as a volunteer pastor. That came to an end a few years ago when our sr. pastor passed away very suddenly and our church was adopted by another congregation here in VB.
Probably should update my profile.

Ohhhh well if that's the only that's definitely dumb. Can't expect a coveted spot like Senator to be filled midterm, and people just to sit back like that. Personally I think the person should have been a legit temp appointment.
