You all hate DeSantis for no other reason than you were told to. He's among the most effective true conservative politicians the GOP has ever had, and you'll hate him until you die just because that was the edict from MAGA land.
He had the unmitigated temerity to seek the nomination for President at the same time as Trump -- something he had every right to do -- and you lot reflexively demonize him as the locus of evil in the modern world.
He ran, he lost, he endorsed Trump, he fundraised for Trump, and most recently Trump commended him for insisting that the FL legislature conduct a special session re: cooperating w/ Trump's deportation initiative.
But by all means, keep on hating the guy.
