Her aide Stephanie Grisham tweeted a photo of Trump ordering her lunch at the counter.
Later, the first lady surprised the traveling press pool with lunch. She and Mrs. Pence paid the bill, according to a reporter.
USA Today reporter Julie Garcia of USA Today tweeted a video of Trump's entourage delivering them a bagful of Whataburgers.
