Company wants to know my vaccine status

Options for response are...
1. Yes, vaccinated, here is a copy of my vaccine card
2. No, not vaccinated
3. Choose not to disclose.
I'm not vaccinated. I recovered from Covid and have tested positive for anti-bodies. I will not take the jab. So my options are 2 or 3. Which would be best in your group opinion.

Tell them you’re vaccinated. Just don’t tell them from what. Surely you got vaccines as a kid right?

I have to do a check in type dealio, for a health screening for work each day., Just a simple, press continue, and press complete, it's over, but for the 1st time, it asked if i had disclosed my vax status yet?

my employeer just did the same thing, sent out an email to see who all is vaccinated.
my natural immunity should count for something!
pisses me off how much natural immunity is looked over in the US
at least some other countries actually acknowledge it. hell I've heard some give you a card if you can prove you had covid

4. Say, yea sure I got the jab. Its all a hollow game. They aren't going to check with your Dr./pharmacy/roadside tent. Make a fake card, snap it on your phone and show em.

maybe? I don't know, but if you are going to lose your job for not taking the shot anyway, who cares? I guess you could start with 'Yes' and see how far you get without having to falsify a card. I just don't see how the government can track 300+ million people....maybe at some point. At least it buys some time when hopefully this shite gets canned in the near future. Would suck to get vax and then a couple months later they lift the nonsense.

You didn't provide enough info to enable a proper answer to your question.
Do you want to continue being employed there?
If so, then your answer is "4. I'm not vaccinated yet, but I will get vaccinated soon."
