The absolute BEST you can hope for, and this isn't even going to happen, is for them to have already done some investigating and can place him at certain places via pics or cellphone data and then catch him in a lie.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't know what he can or can't do, but I do know he and his lawyers went into this interview with a plan, and I also know that the term 86 is slang and has a number of different meanings, with the primary meaning (according to Merriam) to simply "get rid of".
Unless the Secret Service has a mind reading machine and can pinpoint his true intent. Where's the crime?
