No, because it appears that Manafort wasn't under the warrant at any time while he worked for Trump

on the one-hand you want the wire-tapping of manafort so bad because more muh russians narrative
but at the same time, you don't want it to be wire-taps at his office in trump tower because then trump was right.

Saying Obama wiretapped Trump Tower implies that Obama was personally involved in the decision in some way. It's completely disingenuous. If the a judge issued a surveillance warrant against Manafort as a part of a legitimate criminal investigation it has nothing to do with Obama
