i can't remember who it was, but a month or so back there was some guy trying to say "not a single bit of construction for a wall has been started. nothing has happened."
then posters showed new wall, expanding wall, and upgrading the wall articles.
he then said "LOL upgrades don't count. there's not an inch of new wall."
numerous articles and pictures of new construction and current wall being expanded further.
"Mexico isn't paying for it. LOL."
