I agree completely with that, as well as a Constitutional Amendment that prohibits Congress from passing any law that exempts members of Congress.

I like the idea of drug testing all members of congress and their staffs. I also think the president and his staff should be drug tested.

First we should find out how the members of congress on drugs are performing. If all the libertarians are smoking doobs but fighting for us to have the same right I don't want to get rid of them. Let just stick to judging Congressman by what they do. Maybe the drugs keep the lunatics from doing more radical stuff.
