Love him to death. But, really don’t want to run into an RBG situation. He’s 76 and has been in the hospital a couple of times over the last few years.

When does he retire so Trump can appoint someone similar, 25 years younger?

With ACB betrayal, we cant afford to lose him just yet. Maybe in the run up to the mid terms if polling isnt looking good

Can’t afford to take a chance after mid terms. If we lose the Senate or even maintain a thin margin, will be hard to get someone confirmed who is even remotely close to Thomas’ steadfast conservative vote over the last few decades. He’s been rock solid.

More about maintaining majority on the SC. With all of the distractions of other issues…tariffs, inflation, etc….this important point can’t afford to get lost. One of the most successful pieces of the first Trump term was all of the judicial appointments. From the SC all the way down. Lest we forget that.

with ACB going to the dark side and Roberts flip-flopping on every other case we cannot afford to lose thomas- I hope he stays another 15 years.

This is rich coming from someone who strongly supported the multiple attempts on President Trump's life because he dared to call out Potato Head and Cackles for their absolute corruption and ineptness.

Thomas isn't the only one that needs to retire, Alito and Roberts need to go as well.

Would be great for Trump to put 6 judges on the court and 1 being the Chief Justice

And yet, you guys go apeshit when a Trump appointee shows any independent judicial thought and doesn’t rule the way you want.

Better get a constitutional fire breather to replace him. Not sure how many of those there are these days.

Thomas isn't young anymore. While we have the votes in Senate. We need him to be replaced.

Frick that. Roberts, sure. Losing the only 2 SCOTUS justices that a conservative could expect a correct ruling on, heck no. Tell me the long list of justices that have been in the Justice Thomas/Alito/Scalia mold. I’ll save you the time. They don’t exist.
