I hope Brennan takes this to court and argues the 1A angle. The notion that you can file a lawsuit about security clearance, based on Constitutional protections would be an enormous shitstorm. It would, no doubt, place every adjudication / suspension / action Brennan ever took in the crosshairs.

Taking away a former IC member's clearance - who doesn't even work for the govt anymore - is a violation of his 1A rights?
