You do know that stuttering and an inability to put a linear thought into a coherently understandable sentence are two different things.
There’s a lady that works with my wife that has a stuttering problem. I never knew that until my wife told me. Neither of us have ever had a problem understanding what she was saying.

My 5 year old niece knows the difference between a stutter and cognitive decline - mostly because her dad is a speech pathologist and we've had both examples within our own family.
Texrider just plays dumb when it matters, then calls others dumbasses and claims to be superiorly intelligent. It's extremely transparent and maddening that people like that exist.

He’s not playing dumb he just lies about everything. To try to pass that off as a “stutter” is hilarious. Biden was actually an impressive and composed public speaker in the past. There’s plenty of old clips to watch.

There’s no way they’re letting the guy in that second clip get on a stage for two hours of verbal sparring in front of the entire country with the presidential election hanging in the balance. I don’t believe it.

I've seen others referring to you as a female, so I thought you were. You haven't particularly done much to dispel that notion, or argued against being referred to as "she" in the past.

Demented Joe has a broken internal body clock. Fading light can trigger sundown syndrome. The symptoms can get worse as the night goes on and usually get better by morning. Less light in the basement can also be a trigger.

I appreciate you finding something before 2019. Has he lied about being a stutterer? Maybe, maybe not. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say he does.
I will finish with this, what is dishonest is you folks using his "stutter" as a reason for all of his mental lapses. You should be honest on occasion and accept he has other issues other than stuttering.
