Chris Wallace just "offered up censure" as an alternative to impeachment

This Democrat plant on Fox also said this was his idea alone and just offered up the censure idea as alternative to impeachment. In other words the Democrats leaked this to Fox to give to Wallace to plant the seeds of what they were going to do next.

Pelosi has now officially dropped the term Bribery and Quid Pro Quo and is using the term "Abuse of Power" so this is what they will censure the President on.

I am not understanding the idea of "censure" what does this entail?
ETA: after doing some research only one President has ever been censured and that was Andrew Jackson.
