Get out every Chinese visa from the last 30 years working at any industry or university.
Hell, I'm convinced even Chinese restaurant owners are spies now, or at least just fronts to funnel American $$ into Chinese research.
The dude who used to run one of my favorite places was on the phone constantly with China and speaking Mandarin. He's long gone now since Wu Flu.

My thought as well, which made me wonder just how many are there?
The people's Republic of China currently maintains one Embassy in Washington D.C., but also maintains 5 consulates-general in the following U.S. cities: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Houston, TX
Seriously? We call them our enemy yet we allow them in our home. Our government is absolute bullshite.

That’s not how it works. If we close the consulate, it’s going to close and stop providing services. However I doubt we took the property away so China will still own it.
